Notice Regarding Shipping to Canada
Effective December 1st, all orders shipped to Canada may experience significant delays due to uncontrollable factors such as severe weather conditions and labor strikes.
To ensure faster delivery, all shipments will now be sent via DHL. Please note that this shipping method may incur customs duties, and customers are responsible for assisting with customs clearance and covering any associated fees.
Processing Time
- Before the shipping, please allow us 1-2 business days for processing your order, timing depends on the actual situation(Public Holidays/Weekends excluded)
- Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and your order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Expedited Shipping Fee
- We charge a Expedited shipping fee of $9.99 for priority shipping.
- 7-14 days (According to different countries, the transportation time is different).
- We will give priority to shipping orders using the Expedited shipping logistics , which will reduce the time by 1-2 days compared to the Standard Shipping logistics.

Friendly Reminder: If you do not live in a secure location, please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deemed fit to the mail carrier. We are not responsible for the incorrect address entered by you as the customer.If a package is returned due to failed delivery or no recipient available to sign for it, a logistics fee equal to 10% of the product amount will be charged.
